Return & Exchange Policy

At Aura & Nest, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace or exchange an item if:

* You received the wrong item.
* Your item arrived damaged or defective.
* There is a manufacturing or printing error.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the item
* A brief description of the issue

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect size ordered by the customer
* Personalized or custom-made products
* Sale or clearance items

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Aura & Nest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
